Forest Oaks (18-hole) opened in 1962. It was already known as one of the best tests of golf in a state known for great golf tests when it became the home course of the venerable Greater Greensboro Open 1977-2007. Forest Oaks Sports Club offers an outdoor pool, 6 lighted tennis clay courts, 6 pickle ball courts and the Champions Grill Restaurant.
