Although Tuckertown Lake is open to all types of boating, most boat traffic is fishing boats. There are currently no campgrounds or private commercial businesses at Tuckertown Lake. You may access the lake from the Bringle Ferry Boat Access (just below High Rock Dam), Flat Creek Boat Access (in Rowan County), and the Tuckertown Boat Ramp (off of NC-8/49 in Stanly County). The Flat Creek Boat Access offers a boat ramp with ample parking for boat trailers.</p>
