A newer course established in 2021, The Crossing Disc Golf Course is a fun and challenging course and a welcome addition to the Triad disc golf community. The course is on the grounds of a church, so the course is closed on Sundays until 1pm, but open sunrise to sunset the rest of the week.

As part of the MST, trails have been constructed at the Cascades Preserve. From there, hikers can take the gravel sidepath to Pepper Road and onto the Headwaters Trail, which follows the Haw River over to Linville Road. A small gravel parking lot has been built on Linville Road near the Haw River, which will serve hikers on this portion of the trail.

This year-round, 7-acre garden offers themed gardens & a visitor center, plus tours & a gift shop. Outdoor gardens are open daily dawn to dusk. See website for welcome center and gift shop hours.

This Preserve is roughly 130 acres of natural landscapes and wildlife habitat and features a pristine hiking system that makes excellent use of the topography and creek views found on this property. A little over two miles, the trail was uniquely designed with challenging transitional hiking that not only combines the serene natural surroundings and terrain, but also incorporates relaxing stops along scenic vistas. Features include parking, scenic areas, and picnic area.

Harmon Park is Kernersville’s oldest, and most storied park. Nearly all Kernersville natives have a childhood story about Harmon Park. Each memory paints a picture of this park’s significance to Kernersville history. It is named after D.W. Harmon. Harmon Served as the Town Clerk in the 1920’s. Upon his death he bequeathed part of his land to the Town of Kernersville to become its very first town park.

They are a micro-brewery that offers 10 of their beers on tap, wines, snacks, food trucks, and special events. Right around the corner from Kernersville Bike Park

Civitan Park in Kernersville has a great mix of active and passive amenities. This park is equipped to handle a variety of sports with 2 basketball courts, a ball field (softball/baseball), horse shoe pits and a sand volleyball court. If sports aren’t your thing, is the perfect place to fly a kite, climb on the playground, have a picnic, walk a trail, or just lay on the grass and read a good book. This park has something for everyone!

This park came about as a result of a dam renovation project, and is Kernersville’s newest lake park! Century Lake Park’s 6 acres of water are stocked with hybrid bluegill, large-mouth bass, black crappie and catfish. With its fishing pier and 4 picnic tables, this park is a great place to go fish or escape for a picnic!

17-acre park in Kernersville offering a dog park, skate park, picnic shelters, all-inclusive playground, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Fourth of July Park houses many of the town’s biggest events including the Honeybee Festival, numerous 5K and fun run events, and of course our annual Fourth of July fireworks show.

The Bagley-Cash Sports Complex was established in the summer of 2014 as a joint-use facility with the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School system. This park features 1 multi-use championship field and 3 play in fields as well as floodlights for night games.
