<p>Tuckertown Lake is located just below High Rock Lake. It is a 2,500 acre lake with 75 miles of shoreline. Most of the shoreline remains undeveloped. Although Tuckertown Lake is open to all types of boating, most boat traffic is fishing boats. There are currently no campgrounds or private commercial businesses at Tuckertown Lake. You may access the lake from the Bringle Ferry Boat Access (just below High Rock Dam), Flat Creek Boat Access (in Rowan County), and the Tuckertown Boat Ramp (off of NC-8/49 in Stanly County). The Bringle Ferry Boat Access offers access to Tuckertown Lake with a concrete boat ramp and 60&#215;8 foot floating dock.</p>

There are several public accesses around the lake, including Pebble Beach, also known as Flat Swamp. It is a combined boat access and swimming area. The swim area has a sandy beach, and is protected by a floating boom that separates the swim area from the boat access area.</p>
