Red Oak makes their lagers according to the Rheinheitsbegot or 1516 Law of Purity which only allows Malted Barley, Hops, Water and Yeast in the making of the Lagers. They use a system from Beraplan in Munich to brew their lagers and do not use filter or pasteurize their Bavarian Lagers to ensure that rich flavor and mellow taste. They brew 24/7 to meet the demand for their products on 12 acres along I40 and I85 between Greensboro and Burlington and became the nation’s most modernized brewing facility.
