HOOTS Roller Bar & Beer Co. is an American Brewhouse and Lounge designed to foster creativity in the brewing sciences & living arts. The name is a reference to the buildings amazing history – The Hoots Roller Mill and storage warehouse were once used to produce flour. Built by the Hoots family between the 1930s and 1950s, the buildings are full of local history and character.
